Volunteer services are provided through the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of North Texas. RSVP establishes work sites at non-profit and health organizations. Volunteers 55 and older are then recruited and matched with an appropriate work site. This enables these individuals to contribute to others in their community while enhancing their community while enhancing their own lives.

A list consisting of a wide variety of volunteer job descriptions is maintained in the RSVP office and volunteers are encouraged to work as many or as few hours as they desire. Volunteers are recognized at the annual Silver Award Ceremony. Additional liability insurance is provided to volunteers while in route to, from, or during their work assignment at no charge to either the volunteer or the work site.
